We currently manage a portfolio of real estate valued at over $8,000,000.00. We'd like more. We're always interested in reasonably priced commercial properties, single family rental homes, resort and vacation properties, undeveloped land, and multiple dwelling units.

We are also capable of assisting with second mortgages for people who are financially stable, but may not otherwise qualify at a traditional bank.
